Navigating Uncertainty
Formed in 2018, numid specialises in collaborative engagement that creates workable, pragmatic and innovative solutions. We understand that public sector organisations work in highly uncertain environments, with a wide range of conflicting priorities and risks.
Our mission is to create efficiency of service delivery in everything we do, creating safer, more resilient boroughs by linking operational resilience needs to Council strategic priorities; maintaining and enhancing resilience and response capabilities in ways that work with organisational strategy and direction.
Walking the line between efficiencies while maintaining resilience and incident response capabilities is challenging, but not necessarily conflicting – and we understand that one cannot exist without the other.
