Redbridge Council commissioned numid to review and redesign their emergency planning and organisational resilience arrangements. numid carried out a thorough review of strategic resilience and operational response arrangements using the resilience standards for London.
Evidence based performance reviews highlighted challenges and workshops with directors, practitioners and responders provided the framework to design a new target operating model that complemented the strategic direction of the Council. numid continues in this role, driving the action plan and monitoring performance.
